Seasons at Compton
LEED CERTIFICATION – LEED Platinum. Achieved this rating through installation of Solar Hot Water Heating, Solar PV, 17 SEER HVAC units as well as LEED accepted building materials and methods.
SECTION 3 – To ensure compliance with Section 3 and local hiring, Advent posted signs at the job site, ran advertisements, attend local job fairs, listed open calls for bids in local newspapers. Advent also developed an employment page on our website for Subcontractors to post openings and employment opportunities for the project.
MULTI-JURISDICTIONAL – The project is located on the border of the City of Compton and Los Angeles County, which required permits and inspection from each jurisdictions. The project also bordered the 710 freeway and required
work from Cal Trans.
