Palomar Station, located in San Marcos, CA features a unique mix of amenity space, retail space and living areas. This 370 unit, 3 story wood framed project features two levels of apartments over a wood podium garage, allowing the owner to achieve a higher density without the added cost of a concrete podium structure. Construction challenges included being located on two sides of a busy street and installing a 72” storm drain pipe to replace an existing open drainage channel.
