Our focus is deliberate. We're not a large firm chasing every project type. We remain dedicated to one discipline — because multifamily demands precision.

02 Our History

Two Decades.One Focus.

Rockwood Construction had its beginnings in 2002 with the start of Advent Companies founded by Tyson Jacobsen. The transition to Rockwood began in 2016. The core leadership didn’t change, the specialty didn’t change, and the standard didn’t change. The people who helped make Advent Companies successful are the same people leading Rockwood today.
