Brock began his construction career in high school and continued working in the trades as a framing foreman while earning his degree in Construction Management from BYU. After graduating, he joined Advent Companies in 2004, progressing through roles as Superintendent, Senior Project Manager, Vice President of Operations, and ultimately President. The transition to Rockwood Construction began in 2016. Throughout his career, Brock has overseen the successful completion of nearly 7,000 multifamily units across California and Nevada, navigating a wide range of project complexities, site conditions, and jurisdictions. He brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to leadership, with a focus on thoughtful planning, efficient execution, strong teams, and attention to detail. His ability to identify inefficiencies, solve complex problems, and bring people together helps ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Jason received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Brigham Young University as well as a Master of Business degree with an emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine University. He is a LEED Green Associate, a Certified Commercial Building Inspector and a member of USGBC. Jason worked as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager and Vice President of Advent Companies and became the Vice President of Rockwood Construction in 2017. He has worked on over 3500 units throughout the state of California. Jason excels at providing and maintaining budgets, building schedules, and negotiating contracts. He is also proficient in reading and speaking Spanish.

Brian is a vice president with more than 25 years of multifamily construction experience - most of those years have been spent managing projects in California and Texas. Brian’s experience has focused on complicated four to eight level podium projects with one to three levels of subterranean parking. He has experience in Type I, III, and V construction and has built over 3,200 units throughout his career. He has a long-standing record of completing projects under budget and on time. Brian is passionate about his work, extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of multifamily construction, takes complete ownership of his projects with absolute integrity, ingenuity, and will do whatever it takes to get the job done well.

Jason is a construction executive with more than 25 years of experience delivering commercial and multifamily projects throughout the western United States. He provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial management for complex construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Jason has extensive experience managing Type I, III, and IV construction, including the successful delivery of more than 3,800 multifamily apartment units across California and Nevada. His portfolio also includes healthcare, office, educational, and institutional facilities throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business from Brigham Young University and has held leadership roles with Okland Construction, Suffolk Construction, and Lennar Multifamily Communities. He is recognized for delivering high-quality projects while building strong teams and lasting industry partnerships.

Jon joined Advent Companies in 2006 and has been a very successful superintendent on many projects throughout California. As General Superintendent for Rockwood Construction, Jon oversees the day to day field operations for the company and helps manage our highest priority issues on our projects. He ensures that our job sites are safe and well organized and that our subcontractors are sequenced as efficiently as possible to maintain our aggressive schedules. This includes managing material lead times, proactively identifying constructability issues, achieving the highest quality standards through submittal review and QC inspections and maintaining a zero tolerance policy to safety violations. Jon is extremely knowledgeable in all phases of multi-family slab on grade, wrap and podium construction, from onsite/offsite work to interior finishes and project closeout/turnover. He is OSHA and SWPPP certified and possesses strong ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications and cost.

Brett joined Advent Companies in 2012. Brett Campbell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University, Idaho. Brett manages all phases of multiple projects from design development to completion, including design review, purchasing, contracting, documentation, payment applications, negotiations and dispute resolution. He oversees other project managers in every aspect of operations on multiple construction projects. He is a member of the Architecture and Construction Management Society and is OSHA certified. Brett has managed 1200 units since joining Advent Companies in 2012.

Krista Ambrose received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Dominguez Hills and is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP). With more than 15 years of accounting experience, she serves as Controller for Rockwood Construction.

Krista oversees Rockwood's financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, forecasting, and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting for multiple entities. She partners closely with the executive leadership team to support strategic planning and maintain the company's financial strength.

Her expertise in construction accounting, analytical approach, and commitment to accuracy provide the financial discipline that supports successful project execution and long-term growth. Krista's collaborative leadership style and attention to detail make her an integral member of Rockwood's leadership team.
